MODE fashion Group

President of Seattle Pacific University's fashion group for the 2017-2018 year. Lead a team of 4 student officers, organized bi-weekly club meetings, and planned annual spring fashion show, Project Retail, featuring the work of 13 student designers and stylists.

In depth analysis report studying and comparing the retail market strategies of two retailers, Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters.

  • 35+ page plan including history of the companies, target markets, competitors, economic and location analysis, pricing, store layout and design, merchandise etc.

Assisted Seattle fashion blogger Style Miss Molly with brainstorming ideas, research, copy editing, selecting products, etc. for her blog during summer 2017.

Visual Merchandising display

Visual Mercandising

Created and installed a visual merchandising display in the front windows of local boutique Peridot in Queen Anne.

Tech Pack: apparel production & evaluation

Group project that created a brand, Onyx + Olive, a women's workwear retailer based out of San Francisco, California. Designed and completed entire line of garments, including all information needed to send tech pack to factories for production.

fashion illustrations, moodboard & blog

Assignments for Introduction to the Fashion Industry Class, including: moodboard, runway street style fashion blog, and fashion illustrations and designs.

Garments Designed &sewn 

Designed the patterns and sewed entire garments as pictured at right (button-down top, matching skirt and top set) for Basic Clothing Construction and Flat Pattern Design classes.
